| Some occultists suggest there are two paths to spiritual evolution: the path of intellect (imagination and creation) which involves development of the mind, and the path of love which involves development of the heart (belief, faith, and loyalty). Both paths will lead to an eventual union of head and heart, the formation of the perfect man. Some of the figures in the foreground are looking up to a white Buddha-like figure sitting above a very faint white circle. Some figures are looking down on the blue path, and a couple of figures appear undecided. The black circle represents beliefs tinged with human interpretations. The color green refers to the 4th chakra, the heart chakra.
