Olave on Hart
One
of the smallest churches in the City, its dedicated to King Olaf II
of Norway who fought alongside the Anglo-Saxon King Ethelred against
the Danes in the Battle of London Bridge in 1014.
St. Olave not only unified Norway, he converted the nation to Christianity. |
